Dudley Building Society Welcomes First New Member Since Announcing Bridgnorth Hub
Dudley Building Society is pleased to announce the opening of its first account following the recent announcement of its new hub, soon to be open in Bridgnorth, based in Central Court, High Town, Bridgnorth, WV16 4DB.
While the hub was under works for its official opening, the Society’s Bridgnorth hub team has already been active in the community, holding drop-in sessions every Friday at the Printworks, located at the back of Apley coffee shop. These sessions have offered local residents the opportunity to speak directly with our friendly staff members, ask questions, and explore the Society’s range of tailored savings accounts.
During one of these sessions, the team welcomed a local resident who initially walked in for a chat to find out more about the Society. This quickly led to the customer deciding to open a Cash ISA and transfer an existing ISA from another provider. Thanks to the team’s welcoming approach, clear information and efficient service, the account was opened immediately – demonstrating the Society’s commitment to delivering a seamless and personalised experience.
The customer shared that their first impression of the Society’s presence in Bridgnorth was that ‘they were very welcoming, very helpful, answered all my queries and went over anything I hadn’t quite understood the first time. A comfortable, relaxed & business-like manner. I like to deal with people face to face and that to me is a great benefit.’
Although the Society already serves a number of customers in the Bridgnorth area, this was the first account to be opened since announcing the new hub—marking a significant moment in its expansion within the town. In the four weeks since, more new accounts have been opened and enquiries received from local clubs and businesses.
Dudley Building Society’s values are simple: real people helping real people live better lives. With the new Central Court hub arriving in the coming month, the team remains committed to providing expert, personal service and building strong relationships with the local community.
