Our increase in product transfers
This year, we saw more customers choosing to stay with us through our Product Transfer service—a trend we’re incredibly proud of!
We also continued to pay brokers a proc fee for their role in helping customers transition to these products. It is a massive thank you to brokers for continuing their ongoing support to help us maintain customer satisfaction.
Improvements to our services
Brokers feedback, whether that has been shared through reaching out to us directly or through our Smart Money People research, has been invaluble in helping us grow. We’ve taken their suggestions to heart and have made improvements to our services alongside finding ways to help brokers and their clients better.
For example; We repriced our products four times in November alone—all in an effort to stay competitive and meet the needs of both brokers and their clients. This came at a time when many lenders were increasing rates. We worked tirelessly to buck the trend and prioritise affordability.
We have also consistently made improvements to our website based on direct feedback from brokers, making it easier for them find information efficently. For example, from brokers comments on their difficulty in locating the intermediary portal, we implemented a button on our navigation to make more easily accessible.
